Which means: We roll up our sleeves, put on our bibs, and dive into oysters, prawns, and fish made to be eaten with your hands.

And as the day proceeds, the meal turns into a Greek-style fest. Laughter grows louder, glasses clink faster, and DJ Andre takes over the decks. The room transforms into a living, dancing, singing celebration. Tables become stages, bites become beats, and the city’s elegant heart lets loose.
